Serengeti Great Migration, Ngorongoro & Tarangire Safari
This 5-day safari gives you front-row seats to the Great Migration, timed perfectly for the river crossing season (July to early September). You’ll start with a full day in Tarangire National Park, known for its elephant herds and baobab-dotted landscapes. Then head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO-listed wonder with abundant wildlife. Next comes the heart of the journey — three days in Serengeti. Your first night here is spent in Central Serengeti, breaking up the long drive and letting you enjoy game viewing en route. Then, it’s off to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende) for two nights during peak migration season. With a bit of luck, you’ll catch the thrilling river crossings as wildebeest and zebras brave the Mara River. Please note: To make your return journey smooth and easy, the tour includes a scenic flight back to Arusha. If you have other plans — like heading to Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam — let us know, and we’ll adjust the route and help with tickets.

- Most safari lodges usually do not include tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks not to have you overpay for beverages you don't need. You will be able to order and pay for drinks at the hotels' restaurants
- Tented lodges are the most common type of accommodation in savannah. Many of them work on solar energy. This sometimes means bucket showers, limited wi-fi and no hair dryers, all in an effort to reduce environmental impact. We encourage you to do some basic research on the accommodations in your program to ensure the safari matches your travel style
